GR Dwarka Devariya Highway Private Limited (“GDDHPL” or the “Company”) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), incorporated on March 26,2019 for implementation of the Project “Four Laning of Dwarka (Kuranga) – Khambaliya – Devariya Section from Km. 203/500 to 176/500 and from Km. 171/800 to Km. 125/000 (designed length 71.890 km) of NH-151A in the State of Gujarat under Bharatmala Project on Hybrid Annuity Mode (Package – I)”. GR Infraprojects Limited (GRIL), controls 100% of the equity interest in GDDHPL.

Total Length of Project i.e.71.820 Km of NH-151A joining Dwarka (Kuranga) – Khambaliya-Devariya and total project cost set forth in financial package as per clause 23.1 of Article 23 is 1101 Cr. The LOA for the project was issued by Authority (NHAI) on 08thMarch 2019 and Agreement was signed on 22nd May 2019.
